Now offering Raw and Vegan Food Chef Certifications. Elaina Love's Chef Certification Levels 1-3 plus Detox

Level 1 Chef Certification (40 hours)

♥ 5 Day hands on Chef training
♥ Student can display knowledge of:

  1. Knife skills (technique and safety)
  2. Ability to properly use Vitamix or high powered blender, food processor, dehydrator and mandoline
  3. Knowledge and use of proper flavor balancing
  4. Recipe development
  5. Recipe adjustments (ability to adjust flavors to fix a recipe)
  6. Select the right ingredients
  7. Choose recipes to suit a variety of tastes and occasions
  8. Prepare, store, and serve appetizers, soups, salads, entrées, beverages, and desserts.
  9. Knowledge and technique in required recipes from Elaina's list.

Level 2 Chef/Teacher Certification

♥ 5 Day hands on Chef training

  1. Knife skills (technique and safety)
  2. Ability to properly use Vitamix or high powered blender, food processor, dehydrator and mandoline
  3. Knowledge and use of proper flavor balancing
  4. Recipe development
  5. Recipe adjustments (ability to adjust flavors to fix a recipe)
  6. Select the right ingredients
  7. Choose recipes to suit a variety of tastes and occasions
  8. Prepare, store, and serve appetizers, soups, salads, entrées, beverages, and desserts. Knowledge and technique in required recipes from Elaina's list.
  9. 100 hours clinic hours (working personally with Elaina or approved instructors at classes or retreats)
  10. Ability to teach and lead a group
  11. Knowledge of professional kitchen organization

Level 3 Chef/Catering Certification 

♥ 5 Day hands on Chef training

  1. Knife skills (technique and safety)
  2. Ability to properly use Vitamix or high powered blender, food processor, dehydrator and mandoline
  3. Knowledge and use of proper flavor balancing
  4. Recipe development
  5. Recipe adjustments (ability to adjust flavors to fix a recipe)
  6. Select the right ingredients
  7. Choose recipes to suit a variety of tastes and occasions
  8. Prepare, store, and serve appetizers, soups, salads, entrées, beverages, and desserts. Knowledge and technique in required recipes from Elaina's list.
  9. 100 hours clinic hours (working personally with Elaina or approved instructors at classes or retreats)
  10. Demonstrates knowledge of teaching and leading a group
  11. Demonstrates knowledge of professional kitchen organization
  12. Ability to teach and lead a group (has taught own class)

Private consulting, hands on training and chef services:

  • 1/2 day (4 hours) $350 USD
  • 1 day (7 hours) $650 USD
  • 3-5 days $600 USD per day
