All of our extracts are wheat- and gluten-free.

Medicine Flower flavor extracts are produced by distillation, CO2, solvent or expression of different parts of the plant.

Organic or wild-crafted in accordance with European standards, our flavor are being obtained through a proprietary technology excluding diluents, colorants, preservatives, etc. Conducted at temperature below 118F, the technological process comprises a multi-stage extraction encompassing initial desiccation, lyophilization, CO2 and HFC extraction. Lemon, orange, rum, and apricot flavors are obtained by additionally employing ethanol extraction imbuing them with some 5% residual ethanol. Water and oil soluble, all our flavor extracts are highly concentrated and contain no sugars or calories. Consistent comparisons with other products on the market have revealed our flavor potency being over 30-70 times higher, i.e. 1-5 drops of our flavor equal up to a teaspoon of other flavors. To flavor any liquid, 2-3 drops of our flavors are sufficient for 16 oz.

Organic food-grade Flavor Extracts for culinary, scent and cosmetic applications. Cold-processed using extraction without the use of any colorants, fillers, diluting agents or preservatives.

These are highly concentrated botanical oils. Please dilute before applying to skin. They should be kept from the reach of children and those not responsible for their actions.

Try a drop or two in your drinking water with ice for a refreshing gourmet treat!

Medicine Flower Flavor Extracts are also suitable for scenting massage oils, balms, bath oils, soaps and candles.

I have selected an array of food extracts so that you may use them in your food as they may be used internally. I am in love with the idea of making smoothie Boosts by adding a little extra blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, pineapple, etc. flavors. My son Dom thought  they should be called Extreme smoothies because they really taste fruity when you add these lovely oils.

I used the vanilla this morning in my raw chocolate-almond milk smoothie and..."Wow" was it vanilla-y. I'm having so much fun with these oils, and I hope you will too.
You can add them to cheesecakes, smoothies, milkshakes, nut milks, carbonated water (to make a flavored water), and so much more. Anyplace you want to taste fruity flavors is a perfect way to add them.

Great idea: Use coffee essence to make a coffee substitute by adding 2 drops to hot water and some almond milk and stevia. Make it look coffee colored by adding carob powder.

I'm adding in a milkshake recipe below just to give you an idea.

Blueberry Milkshake
1 cup almond milk (see my youtube video)
1 cup ice
6 dates
10 or more drops liquid stevia
4-8 drops of blueberry pure fruit extract.

Blend and enjoy!
