How do I return an item? Pure Joy Planet will accept returned items for a complete refund under the conditions that the item is defective. If the item is not defective and you would like to return it, we offer an exchange only policy as long as the item is unused and in it's original packaging. CD's and DVD's can be exchanged if they are in their original plastic wrap. |
