We usually ship within two business days. Whenever possible, we reuse shipping boxes and packing materials.
RETURNS
Pure Joy Planet will accept returned items for a complete refund under the conditions that the item is defective. If the item is not defective and you would like to return it, we offer an exchange only policy as long as the item is unused and in it's original packaging. CD's and DVD's can be exchanged if they are in their original plastic wrap.
Shipping with USPS (US Postal Service)
When selecting USPS as a shipping service, be aware that insurance and tracking number are not available with First Class Mail and Parcel Post. We are not responsible if your package gets lost in the mail. If you'd like a tracking number, please select either Priority Mail, or a UPS shipping option.
