DAY ONE OF OUR CHALLENGE
WHAT TYPE OF FASTING IS BEST FOR ME?
Day one includes a 45-minute live fasting class to prepare you for the challenge. Hear from our team of experts and experienced intermittent fasters. Fasting may seem daunting, but we make it simple and attainable. After class, you'll know the types of fast (and duration) that are right for your unique body and health goals.
PLUS: Learn our fasting tips for women living in a male-dominated world! There are many differences women should consider when implementing any fasting routine and we have the answers.
DAY TWO OF OUR CHALLENGE
Day two takes place on February 1st at 10 am PST, the morning after you complete your intermittent 'fast till dinner' challenge. Check-in with us and ask any burning questions, share your experience, and learn how to continue your fasting routine (and even advance on to an extended cleanse for deeper results)

In this 1 day challenge, I'm going to show you how fasting and cleansing can transform your health while being supported by Katelyn and me.
I can relate to the fact that knowing what to eat and why you are choosing certain foods can be confusing. There are so many messages out there about high carb, low carb, meat, no-meat, etc. Whew! What's a person to believe? Well, the proof is in the pudding...for over 20 years, my low glycemic, grain-free, full-flavored holistic recipes, and gourmet dishes have helped to heal me, Katelyn, and so many of our students. We continuously receive messages on how someone has transformed their health by committing to our plant-strong, low carb program. Over the years, my recipes have shaped the way plant-based foods are being made. Hooray! No more cardboard tasting food! I have coached and inspired hundreds of aspiring chefs and individuals who want to change their life, both in person and through my online programs.
In this challenge, I want to bring you into our tribe and teach you what I know works, and what has worked for thousands of people just like you!
