A Healthy Detox Shouldn't Be Complicated.

Put simply, being in a cleansed state simply means that you are reducing inflammation, using your own fat stores as fuel, and activating cellular autophagy to eliminate senescent cells, instead of continuing to burn the glucose from carbohydrates and sugar which will never get you into a cleansing mode.

When the body is using carbohydrates and sugar as a fuel source, you need to “refuel” often, and if you don’t, your glucose stores become depleted and you may experience fatigue, brain fog, lethargy, hanger (hungry-anger), irritability, and/or mood swings (AKA hypoglycemia and low blood sugar problems). Some people call it "Hypo-gly-bitchy!)

When your body can use ketones from your fat stores, you have an unlimited supply (even thin people have fat around their organs) and you can go for hours without even thinking about food because the body has its trusty fat stores to rely on. When you are no longer eating foods that cause inflammation, yeast, and brain fog, and you become a “fat burner” instead of a “sugar burner", you think more clearly, are happier, thinner, and feel more balanced. This is real science and functional nutrition, and it's something you can repeat over again anytime you need a reset!

Why Detox For A Month?

Inflammatory foods get and keep us sick! Dis-ease cannot thrive in an alkaline body. Doing an elimination cleanse is the quickest and easiest way to boost your immunity, LONG TERM. Taking copious amounts of elderberry and oregano oil are beautiful ways to support our immune systems but filling up a dirty cup with these will only help in the short term. They won't work as effectively as they could until you implement real, lasting changes by cleansing out the dirty cup (sugar, gluten, dairy, processed foods) and filling it back up with only:
