This course lays out the foundations for a  healthy body to have an optimal pregnancy. It will walk you through step by step guides which will help to  increase fertility with the goal of conceiving and carrying a term pregnancy.

We heard stories from so many patients and see incredibly high numbers of couples in today's society with issues conceiving or experiencing repeated miscarriages. We understand how confusing and discouraging it can be, which is one of the main reasons this course was created.  We designed this pre-pregnancy course to get to the root source of why issues with conception and fertility are so frequent today and help reverse them.  


Online learning doesn't mean you go at it alone.

You can complete the program on your own time in as little as a month, or at a pace, that's right for you (we recommend completing the course in 3 to 6 months but you can have as much time as you need). We suggest after completing this program you continue to balance your hormones and improve your fertility for 1 year to improve chances of a successful pregnancy. 

Through online lessons, a private support group, an interactive online platform, and the option to add on one-one private coaching you'll get the support and motivation you need to make these food and lifestyle modifications.

There is a strong correlation between healthy digestion, regular elimination and balanced hormones which is why we have made this the first lesson. In this lesson, you will identify your personal digestive time, understand your bowel movements, and what they indicate.

Fertility Cleanse

Fertility cleansing is a way to support the body in preparation for conception by cleansing the body with a focus on the liver and uterus. How to track your cycle

After you have prepared your body and balanced your hormones, the next most important factor to think about regarding your pregnancy is timing. You want to make sure both the 'conditions' and 'timing' are right. If you start to pay close attention, your menstrual cycle can give you clues about when your body is ready to start the process.

Foods, Herbs, and Nutrients for Fertility

Optimal fertility health requires planning and preparing for each stage of your cycle. Each stage of your cycle (which we reviewed in the previous lesson) requires certain nutrients that balance hormones, decrease PMS symptoms, and prepares the body for conception. Eating for your cycle is a key next step in your fertility boosting protocol.

Common Causes of Infertility: PCOS, Endometriosis, Metabolic Disorders, and Celiac disease

Infertility can be caused by a huge number of factors. Poor nutrition and nutrient deficiencies, exposure to certain chemicals and heavy metals, oral contraceptives and certain disorders and syndromes all play a major role in infertility issues. This lesson is to help you understand what infertility is, what can cause infertility and how dietary and lifestyle changes can make a tremendous difference in fertility.

This self-paced program is recommended for those in the early stages of planning for their pregnancy. This portion of pre-conception planning can be done in as little as 3 months, though we recommend a full year to get your body on track if time permits.

Spencer is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse based in Squamish on the West Coast of British Columbia, Canada.

Her passion and company, Earth to Mamma, specializes in babies, women’s health, fertility, pre and postnatal health through nutrition and lifestyle choices. Through her work in the hospital, working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Spencer has developed a deep understanding and appreciation for mothers and babies from many backgrounds. Her expertise in nutrition has helped many mothers meet their goals in achieving health and wellness in their pregnancy and postpartum journey.


Katelyn Louise

Katelyn specializes in healing autoimmune through low-glycemic, gluten-free, plant-based foods, with an emphasis on medicinal herbs, medicinal mushrooms and superfoods.
