The Amethyst powder is a completely optional and fun addition that's extremely unique, making it one of our best sellers at the cafe when it was open.

Plus, this blueberry smoothie contains plenty of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, making it the perfect breakfast or snack! Blueberries are a power-packed superfood (especially if you get wild blueberries!)

Bananas are rich in magnesium and potassium so they are perfect after a workout. You can always switch out the bananas for frozen, peeled zucchini to reduce the carbs and sugar while still making a great texture for this creamy blueberry smoothy. You can also omit the date and sweeten with stevia if desired for even less sugar and carbs. 

Of course, you can always switch out blueberries for any other in-season fruit!

Optional other add-ins:
