Making this Creamy Beet and Tahini Sauce

The process of making tahini beet dressing is basically simple: blend up a raw or roasted beet, tahini, water, and seasonings. The most time-consuming step in this recipe is roasting your beet if you choose to do so.

You only need a single beet for this recipe. Add a splash of lemon or lime for some zesty punch.

You can switch our chili and cumin powder for your favorite seasonings. I used this on tacos so the chili and cumin paired well but you could add fresh basil, parsley, Italian seasonings, garlic or onion powder, coriander, or even garam masala for an Indian flair.

The dressing can be stored for up to five days in an airtight container in the fridge.
