For an alkalizing, sugar-free, keto-friendly pick-me-up! This creamy herb and olive dip is plant-based (dairy-free) and full of alkalizing herbs and healthy fats to help fight off sugar cravings and satisfy. 

We love high-fat snacks like this one because they seriously curb cravings! Turn to this dip with some of your favorite sliced veggies or gluten-free crackers for the perfect afternoon pick-me-up.


Recipe Alternatives:

  • Switch our basil for your favorite herbs - parsley, cilantro, dill
  • Add a mixture of different herbs
  • Use any nut or seeds

Ingredients

  • 5-6 large green olives of choice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust flavors (more tang, salt, spice)
  3. Enjoy as a dip with veggies and crackers or as a sauce over your favorite dish.
