Dairy-Free Creamer | No Sugar Added!

Jun 08, 2021

Homemade dairy-free milk and creamers are WAY healthier and tastier than store-bought milk beverages and creamers. Most store-bought vegan creamers contain emulsifiers, thickeners, and other additives like sugar and chemicals that react havoc on the gut and spike blood sugar.

This homemade Dairy-Free Creamer makes your cup of joe smooth and frothy (when blended), you’re going to be hooked and you won’t ever miss your half and half!

This recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, grain-free, peanut-free, soy-free, vegan, vegetarian, paleo-friendly, and keto-friendly.

We didn't add any sweetener but you could add your favorite sweetener if you like. We'd suggest stevia to taste or 2-3 Tbsp. coconut sugar or raw honey.

  2. Blend with water until smooth, about 30 seconds, and then strain through your Amazing Nut Milk Bag.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
  4. Label, date, and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Use in your coffee, tea, or any place you would use creamer.

Notes:

*1 Tbsp. coconut oil can be substituted if you do not have NON-GMO soy or sunflower lecithin. This adds body and creaminess while giving your brain some superhuman fuel.
