These keto pumpkin pecan cups are raw, vegan, and gluten-free.  Packed full of nutrition, this snack is super simple to make with no equipment required.

We love to add a pop of flavor with our Medicine Flower Vanilla Essence. This is a 100% natural vanilla and replaces vanilla extract.

Finally, if you aren't following a keto diet you can substitute stevia for coconut sugar or maple syrup.
