  1. Coffee Directions: Pour hot water over a pour-over coffee maker with 2 Tbsp. ground coffee. Let brew for 4 minutes (set timer)
  2. Transfer to a blender or frother and blend all ingredients until frothy. Alternatively, you can use a milk frothing machine with coconut milk to achieve the foamy white top.
  3. Pour into a cup and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
