Pumpkin Banana Bread | Grain-Free + Vegan

This Pumpkin Banana Bread {Vegan & Grain-free} is a delicious fall, dairy, egg, and gluten-free, bread for all pumpkin lovers! This combination, with a few chocolate chips sprinkled in, is a winner!

I had leftover pumpkin puree in my fridge and very ripe bananas on hand and I knew I wanted something comforting and bready so I thought I'd experiment with a more fall/winter pumpkin theme banana bread.

This pumpkin banana bread uses just one bowl and is super quick and easy to whip up. It's tender on the outside and super moist on the inside!

This recipe uses apple cider vinegar and baking soda to give the bread some rise without eggs.

My taste tester was my husband (still feels crazy saying husband!). He is my biggest cooking/baking fan and loved this bread!
