Vegan Cheese Sauce | For Nachos!

Everything's better with sauce!

We love a good dairy-free cheesy sauce. I made this last night for dinner and served it over sweet potato fries with black beans, sauteed onion, and red cabbage, salsa, and a handful of fresh cilantro. First bite, and all my partner said was "Holy Sh*t". 

It was a hit.


Whether you want to serve it as part of a fully loaded nachos deal or as a dip with your favorite tortilla chip. Either way, it is divine!

CHEESY SAUCE NOTES

  • If it's too thick or you want more of a dressing than a sauce, add more water until you get the desired consistency.
  • Spice it up! Add fresh or pickled jalapenos.
