Based on the principles of Intuitive Eating and Biohacking, the Individualizing Your Nutrition Approach teaches you how to tune into the cues of your body to guide your nutrition decisions. When we learn to trust and listen to our bodies, we can navigate the world of food and heal our relationship with it. This may sound simple, but after years (or decades) of being body shamed, inundated with diet culture, media, and food 'rules', it can be nearly impossible to discover and respect your body's own unique rhythms.

Biohacking Your Plate

The first phase of Individualizing Your Nutrition is cleaning out the body through a deep, gentle cleanse. When the body is toxic and fueled by sugar (and, even bread turns into sugar!) it is nearly impossible to know what the body actually NEEDS. We start with a 7-Day Liver Reset to get you back to your baseline so we can begin the steps towards helping you find your unique nutritional balance.


During the 2nd phase, we dive into your gut. Yep, proper digestion and gut health play an essential role in knowing your food needs. "Trusting your gut" is easier to do when it's speaking from a clear, balanced place.


After you establish a healthy gut balance, you can move on to even more profound aspects of your unique self. These include testing your biomarkers, finding out about your Ayurvedic dosha, and other herbal and nutrition principles.
