Keto isn’t complicated.

Put simply, being in a ketogenic state simply means that you are burning the fat you eat and your own fat stores, instead of burning glucose from carbohydrates and sugar. When the body is using carbohydrates and sugar as a fuel source, you need to “refuel” often. And if you don’t, and  your glucose stores become depleted, you may experience fatigue, brain fog, lethargy, hanger (hungry-anger), irritability, and/or mood swings (AKA hypoglycemia and low blood sugar problems).
