Whipped Cream Notes

  • Make this nut-free: You can use all the coconut cream in this recipe. Replace the nuts with another cup of coconut cream (solid part only)
  • Make this coconut cream free: You can use all nuts in place of coconut cream in this recipe
  • Using agar in place of Moss Gel:
    • AGAR PASTE
    • 3/4 cup hot water
    • 1 tsp. agar powder
    • Bring to a boil and simmer for 1-2 minutes and use it all in place of the moss paste.

She’s been a nutrition-based chef, instructor, entrepreneur, and recipe developer for over 12 years and has gained a following for her healthy recipes. She has empowered them with the skills they need to create meals that nourish them both physically and mentally.
