Chili Coconut Bacon Bits - The Perfect Snack

These chili coconut bacon bits are raw, vegan, and gluten-free.  This snack is super simple to make. You can add them to your soups, salads, sandwiches, or eat them just on their own! With a chipotle smokey flavor, they are just like a crunchy chip!

Finally, if you don't have a dehydrator you can bake them at 325º F for 6 minutes. Then flip and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until coconut chips are crispy.

  1. Preheat oven to 300º F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread battered coconut chips evening.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes and stir. Bake for another 4-5 minutes, watching closely, and then remove. Let cool completely.
  4. Store in a glass jar once completely cooled
