Hydrating Adrenal Elixir

This is my absolute favorite summer lemonade/tea recipe! I love to make a large batch of this concentrate and add it to water or freeze ice cubes for a hydrating, nourishing, and flavorful addition to my summer beverages!

By incorporating these ingredients into your hydrating adrenal elixir, you'll be providing your body with a range of nutrients, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds that support recovery, immune health, and hydration. Hibiscus:
