This recipe is vegan so it's mayo-free (which is traditionally used in Green Goddess Dressings) and mimics everyone's favorite flavors because it's filled with vibrant herbs.
Tip #1: Use the best quality olive oil you can find for this and don't over-blend. Over blending olive oil in a dressing can create a bitter taste that may ruin your dressing.
Tip #2: Avocado oil would work well in this dressing too. This creates a more neutral-tasting dressing
Tip #3: Oil-free? No problem! Sub the oil in this recipe for 1/2 cup hemp seeds or other seed of choice.
