Instructions

  1. Make agar paste by combining 2 tsp. agar powder with 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, turn the heat down and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring often. Turn off heat.
  2. Use 1/2 cup for pudding.
  3. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pour in pudding cups of choice and let set up in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until firm.
  5. Top with a mint leaf and cacao nibs if desired.
