  • Healthy fats that keep your blood sugar balanced and brain sharp like coconut, olives and oil, avocado and oil, nut butter, and avoiding ALL canola, safflower, sunflower, peanut, and vegetable oils (these are highly inflammatory and will significantly increase inflammation)
  • Homemade foods! If you don't know how to cook for yourself, the time to learn is NOW, so you know exactly what you are consuming. This program will teach you more than a month worth of healthy, delicious, immune-boosting recipes (cooking classes included).
  • Lifestyle practices! Yes, meditation, mindfulness, sauna use, adequate sleep are all immune boosters while keeping your mind healthy.
